Whellington Condition Assessment.

Toronto flatiron restoration, 2025

This project, located in Toronto, is a large-scale condition assessment of the famous Flatiron Building. During my time at ERA, I worked closely with experts to assess the condition of the facades and carefully document the work that was needed to repair the exteriors.
